Salmon & Shrimp

Wild caught Salmon with shrimp, fresh corn on cob and Bill’s Caesar salad dressing drizzle.

Ingredients

Salmon

Fresh shelled shrimp

Olivins Meyers Lemon EVOO

Romaine lettuce

Blanched corn (sliced off of the cob)

Caesar salad dressing

Rosie Parks Aged Balsamic or Traditional Balsamic

Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

Broil Salmon at 350 for 20 minutes. S

auté shrimp in pan with Olivins Meyer lemon EVOO. Let cool enough to peel shrimp.

Set Salmon and shrimp on top Romaine lettuce.

Take corn sliced off blanched corn on cob (drop corn on cob in boiling water for 2 minutes and set aside).

Now drizzle dressing over everything plus a drizzle of Rosie Parks aged balsamic or Traditional balsamic. Add fresh basil if you’d like.
